Pre-order terms.

What you're buying.

One Grandma's Lids set: an orange canister, a white screw top with a slot in it, and 13 white lids. It costs $34.99, plus shipping and any sales tax, both shown at checkout before you pay. The first batch ships with blank lids; sticker packs are not included. The set is for ages 18 months to 4 years, with a grown-up nearby.

You pay now, and it ships later.

This is a pre-order. Your card is charged at checkout, through Stripe. Each set is printed to order after that.

We set the ship-by date the day pre-orders open; it is on the shop page and in your receipt.

Safety comes first.

Nothing ships until the set passes independent safety testing at a CPSC-accepted lab. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

If the date moves.

If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you before that date with the new one. You choose: keep your order, or cancel it for a full refund.

Cancel any time before it ships.

Email info@grandmaslids.com any time before your set ships and we'll refund you in full. The refund goes back to your card and lands within one billing cycle.

After it arrives.

If it's not for you, email us inside 30 days and we'll refund you. If it breaks in the first year, send us a photo and we'll print you a replacement.

Payments.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
